Shipping

Me & My Tribe takes great care with delivering your orders. After processing your payment and completeing your order online with us, we aim to have all orders packed and shipped withing 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays, which will be processed on the next business day.

Please see below our shipping rates and approx. delivery times:

Standard Shipping: $15.00 Australia Wide
Please allow 3 -5 business days for your order to arrive
Express Shipping: $20.00 Australia Wide
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive
FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 (Australia Wide)
Shipping costs will automatically deducted from your cart once your order reaches $100 or more. *Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with ‘Express Shipping’ Service.

Please note: by placing an order with Me + My Tribe, you accepts the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding the payment and shipping of your order.

Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Me + My Tribe, however, we understand that mistakes can happen when you’re unable to try on garments or physically see items before your purchase them. If you are unhappy with your purchase, Me + My Tribe will provide a Store Credit for returned items (not including any shipping costs) that are returned within 14 days of delivery date and meet our returns requirements below.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

To be eligible for a store credit, please follow the below requirements:

  • All items must be in returned in its original condition with original tags, unworn, altered or washed.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with the tags attached where relevant.
  • Items are to be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; goods received outside this period will not be accepted.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice as well as a completed copy of the Returns Form, which can be downloaded here.
Please Note:
  • Please choose carefully, unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for smimwear and hair accessories due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
  • If your items are deemed eligible, once that are received by our store, our team will then issue a store credit to you via email for the value of your returned items, not including the initial postage charges incurred.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 months.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please complete our returns form – download our returns form here – and enclose this form with the items you are returning along with a copy of your original invoice.

You will be issued with a store credit to the same value of the item purchased (not including any postage charges)

Postage Tips
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged by your courier whilst being returned to you. We recommend using Registered Post by Australia Post. Please ensure you keep your tracking slip supplied by Australia Post.
  • The customer will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Exchanges

If you would like a different size, please return your item as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will issue you with a store credit if the items are deemed eligible in accordance to our returns policy above. A store credit can be used to order a different size product.

Refunds

Please choose carefully, we do not refund items purchased if you simply change your mind. We will only offer a refund on goods purchased if the goods are deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item. If then the item is deemed as faulty we will happily replace the item or provide a store credit for the item’s value.
